GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF THE FIZHOME MT BLANC APARTMENTS 1 to 3 people and 4 to 6 people, classified 3 stars.
Rates and services included and options:
For weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday 7 nights, the rent is fixed according to 2 periods:
1 ° Low season: (standard prices)
Apartment 4 to 6 people: 370 €
Apartment 2 to 4 people: 300 € (large apartment with a closed bedroom)
Apartment 1 to 3 people: 240 €
2 ° High season:
Apartment 4 to 6 people: 470 €
Apartment 1 to 3 people: 290 €
Various offers are presented (at the time of online booking, offering services or discounts) to present to the customer what suits him best.
The city tax is included in the total price, cashed in the balance: 0,90 € / day / adult over 18 years. (at 01/01/2019). Special offers on the 2 apartments:
- Offer "carefree stay" including linen with beds made on arrival + cleaning end of stay) very interesting from 2 people!
- Offer "short stay" from 3 nights to 6 nights (excluding high season) including linen with beds made + end of stay cleaning.
- "Long stay" offer 20% discount from 3 weeks rent (reduction on the 3rd week and following) except July-August and winter school holidays.
- From the 2nd stay guests receive a discount of 10% and no longer pay deposit.
Linen is not included in the standard rate, but can be supplemented as part of the options offered at the time of booking, or in a specific offer.
Linen rental option: table, toilet, bedsheets with beds made upon arrival: 12 € / person / week. The option is not detailed.
List of the linen made available in the option:a napkin / person, 2 kitchen towels, a bath towel, a glove and a towel / person, the sheets are put in the beds on arrival. The linen supplied in the specific offer is very advantageous compared to the calculation per unit, from 2 people.
Linen is free for children under 5 years old (sheets put in the bed of 90) if the linen option is reserved by adults.
Mattress and pillow protections are always provided and changed regularly.
For people who do not take the "linen" option Do not use the beds with bags (or without) sleeping, use sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases absolutely for hygiene reasons. Do not remove the waterproof pads.
For security reasons, children under 6 years old are not allowed to sleep in the mezzanine of the ground floor apartment. Children under the age of 6 must be prevented from playing with the mezzanine ladder which must be unhooked during the day as a safety measure. Any incident can not be the responsibility of the renter.
A security barrier is provided free of charge for sleeping a small child in the bed of 90. (make the request or book online)
For business trips, the reservation must include linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
NON-SMOKING APARTMENTS AND IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE CHALET. Do not use candles or flames in apartments because of the mostly woody environment.

For WE, short or long stays with cleaning included, the apartments must be tidy, the dishes made, clean ovens, sheets removed from the beds.
For the flat of the RDC, the dishwasher must be emptied, the filter cleaned.
Any deterioration of the equipment or furniture will be the responsibility of the tenant.
The furniture should not be changed in the apartments, except chairs and armchairs.
For the tranquility and rest of all, we must ensure the sound level of TV, radio, music.
As the property is not fully fenced, occupants must not leave any valuables.Festivals and parties are not permitted.
The tenant agrees to respect the number of people for whom he has made the reservation.A baby is counted as a person in its own right.
If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional persons. Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.
The reservation will be effective after the payment of a deposit of the deposit of 25% of the total amount of the reservation. The deposit is no longer required to old customers.
The customer is responsible for all damages arising from him. He is invited to check whether he benefits from his own insurance of so-called resort insurance, failing which it is necessary to take one. (In principle it is included in your home multi-risk contract, ask for a proof before your departure). The Customer is free to subscribe a cancellation insurance with the organization of his choice.
In case of cancellation of the stay by the taker, a fee will be required depending on the date of arrival:
- more than 30 days before arrival: refund of the deposit (0 fees)
- 30 to 3 days before arrival: the customer will have 25% of the total amount of the reservation (deposit not refunded)
- 2 days before arrival, the client will have to pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Promotion rates are not cancellable.
During the school holidays, except autumn and spring, the stays are obligatorily for a period of 7 nights, no reduction of tariff will be made for shorter stays.
The classification of furnished apartments includes the criteria of the Ministerial Decree of 02.08.2010, comprising categories from 1 to 5 stars.
It institutes a prior mandatory visit and a five-year inspection visit, entrusted to competent bodies approved by the prefect.
This contract is mandatory from the moment of payment of the booking deposit.
