COVID information -19

While we obviously didn't wait for the Covid-19 pandemic to take effect, it did force us to redefine the notion of "cleanliness" within our establishment. So, to ensure the well-being of our guests as well as health safety, here are our 5 golden rules now in force in our Chalet.

1. Ventilation

Air, then, which swirls and renews itself in our interiors, is our primary concern. It's the air we breathe, the air whose quality we're going to ensure. We usually air our apartments thoroughly between tenants. We respect a 3-hour delay between the end of a cleaning and the arrival of the next occupants. This delay is essential and may modify the arrival time (3:00 p.m. for the 3-person apartment, 4:00 p.m. for the 6-person apartment). Under no circumstances can the arrival time be brought forward for this reason.

2. Respect for barrier gestures during cleaning

By now, and by dint of having heard it repeated incessantly, you know what these gestures cover: masks, gels and gloves, the triptych victorious against the spread of the virus that has so suddenly burst into our lives.
We follow these essential guidelines to the letter

3. Using a good disinfectant

In times of pandemics, can we distinguish between "good" and "bad" disinfectants? A disinfectant disinfects, of course, and that's a good thing. A disinfectant that degreases is a degreaser. And a disinfectant that "diffuses essential oils of lavender and orange peel" is a scam.

We use products that comply with the standards issued by the Environmental Protection Agency.

This means that not only do they eliminate germs, bacteria and viruses, but they also respect the integrity of nature, emitting no toxic substances.

Vaccination Pass

Guests of hotels and tourist accommodations are not required to present a vaccination pass unless they offer one.

Your hosts Nicole and Pierre have received the 3 injections of the vaccine.

If you do not have a vaccination pass, you will need to wear a mask when you meet us.

Easy cancellation

Fizhome Mont Blanc will never let you worry about cancellations. As long as the pandemic situation exists, and if the French government imposes new travel restrictions, we'll immediately reimburse any sums paid prior to your arrival. It's crystal clear!
