Information COVID 6 19

Although we obviously did not wait for the Covid-19 pandemic to respect the elementary rules of hygiene, recent events have forced us to redefine the notion of "cleanliness" within our establishment. So, to ensure the well-being of our guests as well as health safety, here are our 5 golden rules now in force in our Chalet.

1 - Ventilation

The air, therefore, which swirls and renews itself in our interiors, is our primary concern, it is the air we breathe, the air whose quality we will ensure. We are used to airing the flats heavily between each tenant. We respect a delay of 3 hours between the end of a cleaning and the arrival of the next occupants. This delay is essential and can modify the arrival time (3pm for the 3-person flat, 4pm for the 6-person flat). Under no circumstances can the arrival time be brought forward for this reason.

2. Respect for barrier gestures during cleaning

By now, and by dint of having heard it repeated over and over again, you know what these gestures cover: masks, gels, and gloves, the triptych victorious against the spread of the virus that has so suddenly burst into our lives. We follow these essential guidelines to the letter

3. Use of a good disinfectant

In times of pandemic, can we distinguish between "good" and "bad" disinfectants? In itself, a disinfectant disinfects, that's understood and that's already very good. A disinfectant that degreases is a degreaser. And a disinfectant that "diffuses essential oils of lavender and orange peel" is a scam. We use products that comply with the standards issued by the Environmental Protection Agency. This means that not only do they eliminate germs, bacteria and viruses, but they also respect the integrity of nature, not emitting toxic substances.

4. Items to be cleaned and disinfected

- Door handles - Switches - Remote controls - Tables - Fan and lamp chains - Window sills and handles - Thermostats - Keys - Hairdryers - Railings - Ironing boards and irons - Bins and recycling bins - Washbasins - Toilets - Faucet handles - Showers and baths - Shower curtains and doors - Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap dispensers - Hangers and luggage racks - Bedside tables - Washbasins - Taps Don't forget after use : - Dishwasher - Hoover - Washing machine/dryer

5. Washing of fabrics at very high temperatures

The linen provided in the flats (bedding, toiletries, tea towels) is washed at + 60°. We have opted for this temperature, but it is much more suitable if you want to enjoy our cotton-based supplies.

The Sanitary Pass

Guests of hotels and tourist accommodations do not have to show a sanitary pass unless they have a restaurant, bar, seminar room, gym, swimming pool, spa, etc. This is not the case at Fizhome Mt Blanc. Your hosts Nicole and Pierre have received the 2 injections of the vaccine. If you do not have a Health Pass you will have to wear a mask when you meet us.

Easy cancellation

Fizhome Mont Blanc will never let you worry about a cancellation. As long as the pandemic situation exists and if the French government imposes new travel restrictions, you will be refunded immediately for any money paid before your arrival. That's clear, sharp and to the point !
